Our express classes, led by our professional fitness trainers, specialize in metabolic circuits that focus on improving fundamental muscle movements as well as increasing overall functional strength. These fat blasting circuits include Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Anaconda Ropes, Medicine Balls, Resistance Bands, Prowlers, TRX Training, Plyometric Training, Non-Motorized Cardio Training, along with many other non-traditional training methods. Youth Athletic Development Program

What is the Y.A.D. Program?
Effective athletic development is based upon the principle of the development of fundamental movement skills before specific sport skill. This 100% personalized one on one program is designed for athletes between the ages of 8-17 years old and consists of various metabolic circuits that focus on enhancing fundamental movement skills. Each training session is packed with drills and exercises for improving sports performance for the following athletes:
• Baseball • Hockey • Basketball • Football • Soccer • Track & Field • Volleyball • Golf • Mixed Martial Arts • Tennis • Gymnastics • Rugby • Lacrosse • Swimming • Curling
The Y.A.D. Program Will:

 

• Improve Fundamental Movement Skills
• Increase Strength, Stamina, Mobility, Coordination and Reaction Time
• Promote Leadership, Confidence and Self-esteem
• Instil individuals with the motivation and focus needed to succeed
• Educate individuals on proper technique to maximize results
• Provide a safe and non-intimidating training environment
